Making a scene....ry

Hey People,

It's been a while since my last update so nothing new there. Went on a honeymoon tour of Europe which was awesome and since I've been back, I've been getting back into the hobby. Still guildballing my heart out but while I was away my wargaming friends started in on Malifaux. So I had a look. Big mistake.

Anyway I am now the proud owner of two of the Ten Thunders faction starters and am really enjoying it. Still getting the hang of things, it's strange to play a game that is solely focused on scenarios. Granted those scenarios might include murdering your opponent, but not always. Regardless I am having a blast and we've been talking about the possibility of making some battle reports. That being a possibility I really wanted to have:
a) a painted army.
b) a sweet looking table.

So I went out and bought a big pile of PlastCraft ColorED scenery. I mostly went for the Fukei style look to go with the Ten Thunders but also got a few shacks and walkways from the Malifaux branch seeing as I decided on a swamp theme mat. Just for something different from my others.

And there you have it. $180 of scenery and a fair amount of superglue and I have a very nice looking table ready for some serious Malifaux-ing. All that's left is maybe a few trees and some painted mini's.

Until next time...
